How do I resist?

Swipe the coin up when you resisted. Swipe down if you gave in. When the coin is full, choose “I want to resist more” or “I’m having it now.”

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the paywall (gift, trophy, custom temptation, or a third temptation) and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel Premium?

Temptivo does not cancel billing itself. Open Rewards (the gift icon) and tap Manage Subscription, or use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

What do I get for free?

Two temptations, the full resist loop, urge pause, history, and the widget. Premium adds unlimited and custom temptations, shop, and achievements.

The widget did nothing

Add the Temptivo widget from the Home Screen widget gallery. Locked extra temptations will not resist until Premium is active. After a resist, give the widget a moment to refresh.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a temptation from History, or delete the app to remove everything Temptivo stored on the device. There is no Temptivo account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is this therapy?

No. Temptivo is a habit tracker, not medical care. If you need help with addiction or mental health, contact a professional or local emergency services.
